　　潘新明,1942 年生,祖籍陕西华阴,居北京。原中国外交官。现国家一线德艺双馨艺术大师;中华国礼艺术中心、艺术家润格网名誉主席;英国、瑞典皇家艺术院高级艺术顾问、法兰西皇家美术学院中国籍艺术院士、首席艺术家。书法、诗词韵语作品具有创新性思维又有传承、新时代的风范。

　　2019 年中国文艺领袖人物评选委员会等授予新时代文艺领袖人物。

　　2020 年世界文化艺术网等授予“世界十大殿堂级艺术大师”;荣获大国文豪硕学新华奖评委会金奖被授予“新华国艺大学士”;中国互联网联盟发布:“2020 年度全球各界顶级人物之最”。2021 年, 荣获国际艺术美协联合会等多个文化艺术机构评选“国际文坛-大国文豪终身成就奖。2022 -23 年荣获中国当代文化学者网等评选“中国文化学者奖”,授予“中国当代十大文化学者”荣誉称号。
