张宗彪:中共党员,1941 年岀生于陕西永寿县。毕业于西北大学, 供职于咸阳师范学院(退休)。书法教授、国家一级书法家、外交部授权的《中华人民共和国国宾礼艺术家》、文化和旅游部颁发的《国家一级艺术大师》并授予《2020 年艺术巅峰人物》中国文化和旅游部“反对浪费,崇尚节约”光盘行动中荣任宣传大使。

张宗彪自幼喜爱书法,坚持数十年临池不辍。楷、行、草、隶、篆五体皆能,尤以行草见长。鎔古铸今,自成一体。其书法作品大气磅磗、气势恢宏、刚柔相济,颜筋柳骨、铁划银钩,风格独特。其行草书富有浓厚的篆、隶、魏的笔意和风骨,被称其为“魏草“。其成名代表作品“厚德载物、无欲则刚、北国风光……等 30 幅获《中华人民共和国国家版权局著作权登记证书》。
2019 年 12 月入编《中国版权年鉴》封面人物,封底作品,内页16 个版面。入编 2019 年《中华儿女》封面人物,封底作品,内页 16个版面。
2021 年 9 月《中国文史出版社》为建党一百周年出版了由张宗彪,孙晓云,范迪安组成的《艺术大师三人行》。
2021 年 10 月由国家广电总局监制,特邀:钟南山,张宗彪,孙晓云三位组成的 CCTV 时代焦点人物巜 2022 年全国贺岁》台历!印制 50 万册发行到 180 个国家!张宗彪还出版有:《中国近现代名家书法集一一张宗彪》即中国第一部书法卷《大红袍》。张宗彪书法大红袍己被批准为中国非物质文化遗产岀版物。张宗彪被授予非遗出版物书法传承人。
同时张宗彪被特邀分别同欧阳中石、沈鹏、李铎、张海、苏土澍、权希军、范曾、刘大为、吴冠中等名家岀版了二人集达 26 部。并分别受到他们的高度评价并印在二人集中。
同時又被特邀出版有《百年巨匠》五人集、《中国当代书画名家》六人集、《絲绸之路三人行》、《艺术巅峰之路》三人集等 140多部书画专集中。其中有 58 部特邀张宗彪题写书名和作封面人物。
张宗彪不仅是一位著名书法家,又是一位书画社会活动家。由他亲自策划组织在咸阳举办了六届《西部情》全国书画名家邀请展览交流研讨采风活动。
他本人自 2004 年 4 月 22 日第一次晋京在《中华世纪坛》举办个人书法展直到 2019 年国庆七十周年前夕,他先后 8 次在北京《国家画院国展中心》等展览館举办了个人书法展和主题书法展。
张宗彪又是一位笔墨当随时代为时代而挥毫,为党的重大活动而挥毫!同时他又积极参加社会公益活动。如抗洪救灾、汶川地震、玉树地震、为贫困地区老党员筹集经费等书法拍卖捐赠,为贫困大学生的书法拍卖捐赠及抗疫拍卖捐赠等社会公益活动。
张宗彪 2021 年 9 月至 10 月先后收到并荣获:世界非物质文化终身成就奖,世界非物质文化传承人,联合国非物质文化功勋人物等荣誉称号。

The China News Office of the BRICS Conference has specially appointed Zhang Zongbiao as the title and honor of the BRICS Ambassador for International Peace at the 2022 BRICS Conference. In September 2021, China Central Digital Television specially hired Zhang Zongbiao as the artistic consultant for CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel.
